My Account Anywhere keeps you in touch with your electric service when you’re "on the go." People who depend on cell phones or personal digital assistants, or who are frequently away from their home, business or computers, can access critical information quickly and conveniently.

Wherever you are, My Account Anywhere lets you:
  • receive an alert if the power on your street goes out.
  • receive an update when the power is on again.
  • report to Entergy Texas that "lights are out" at your home or business.
My Account Anywhere is great for customers who:
  • want to know the situation at another location, like their business, a loved one's home or a recreation camp.
  • are evacuated due to a weather emergency and want to know when power will be restored at home.

My Account Anywhere is easy to use, and there is no charge* from Entergy Texas to use this service.

My Account Anywhere provides routine outage information during normal weather conditions. During incidents of widespread damage caused by a major storm, outage text messages may not be available for affected areas for several days until we determine restoration times.
